8/5-8/10 Two Scoop Salad Salad mix topped with tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, one scoop of tuna salad, and one scoop of chicken salad with choice of dressing. Cuban Sandwich- Pulled pork, roast beef and turkey on a pressed long roll with melted Swiss cheese pickles and mustard. BBQ Platter- Three slices of brisket, 5oz of pulled pork, and four baby back ribs. Served with two BBQ sauces, cornbread and Cole slaw.
